Harold Schiffman - Composer
- North Carolina native Harold Schiffman's music is frequently performed in WNC's Graham, Jackson, Transylvania counties and throughout our state, as well as webcast into our mountains to which it is often tied. Whether written for symphonic orchestra, chamber ensemble, chorus, solo voices, band, solo instruments, or as concertos and teaching pieces for various instruments, it is applauded for its sensation of movement, progression, melody, harmony, and strong rhythmic energy and shape.
