Canceling MSN service

To cancel your MSN Dialup Internet Service account, call MSN at 1-866-658-7032. Have your member ID ready, along with the name, address and telephone number related to your MSN account. You may also need billing information, such as the last digits of your credit card, for verification purposes.

Removing MSN

Windows 95/98/ME/NT Users
Note: You may want to write down your MSN username and password - you will need it to log on to MSN again.
1. Click on the Windows Start button, point to Settings and select Control Panel.
2. Double-click on the Add/Remove Programs icon.
3. Click once on MSN Explorer to highlight it and click on the Add/Remove button.
4. Click OK, then OK again and close the Control Panel.

Windows XP Uninstall
Note: You may want to write down your MSN username and password - you will need it to log on to MSN again.
1. Click on the Windows Start button and select Control Panel (or go to Settings if you have that, then click Control Panel.)
2. Click on the Add/Remove Programs icon, then click Add or Remove Windows Components.
3. Click on the check mark by MSN Explorer to remove it, then click Next.
4. Click Finish when the removal is complete.
5. Close any open windows.
