Humana Well Being Event Senior Night at Asheville Tourists Game

Humana, a leading health care company with more than 250,000 Medicare members statewide, is bringing its acclaimed Humana Well-Being Event to Asheville for a special Senior Night event at the Asheville Tourists game on Wed., Aug. 27 from 3 - 8 p.m. at McCormick Field (30 Buchanan Place, Asheville, N.C. 28801.)

The FREE event will provide area seniors with information on ways they can take an active role in improving their health – from knowing their numbers to eating healthy and staying active.

The free, interactive event will offer various activities to help create a better understanding of personal health, and ways to improve it. Free biometric screenings will be available (measuring body mass index and blood pressure screenings.) Nurses will be available to privately discuss individual reports.
