Paris of the South Flea Market

Located at Hwy.70 and Lytle Cove Road (110 Lytle Cove Rd., Swannanoa, 28778) Paris of the South Flea Market is open every weekend through October (weather permitting). This year’s market will feature upcycled fashions by textile artist, Lonie Wenning under the “YaYa Originals” label which can be found at the on-site “BoHo Boutique” along with the works of other local artists including-Pottery by Firefly/Mathilda Tanner, Handmade Jewelry by Vagabond Studios, Paintings by Harper Leich, Patchwork Quilts and Crocheted wearable art by Karen Craig and other local artists/crafters.

Paris of the South offers “gypsy-style” sites for vendors on a first come basis on Saturdays and Sundays (vendor setup begins at 7am and the market opens at 8am). Monthly spaces are also available which allows vendors to set up their own “shops” with 7 day-a-week access during daylight hours.

The Swannanoa site for the flea market/boutique provides an affordable venue for people to buy and sell products, new and used, upcycled and recycled and original pieces of art. The possibilities are endless for bargain and treasure hunters alike to find unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that support the wonderfully creative individuals that live and work in the area.Also available at the market is "Dollar Deals Delivered" which offers a wide variety of new products at greatly reduced prices.
