Freckle in my Eye

As a continuation of our Engaged Humanities project focused on mass incarceration and its impact on family & community, Ashley Wilkerson, a Dallas-based poet and actress, will be performing her original one-woman show "Freckle in My Eye" on April 17, 18, and 19 in the Carol Belk Theatre at 7PM. F.I.M.E. is the poignant, shocking, and sometimes humorous story of Shesee Jones, a young woman living on Texas' Death Row. The performance will be followed by a post-show dialogue. The event is free and open to the public. We hope you can come and invite your friends to attend.
