Yoga with Horses

De-clutter the mind while reengaging with the body through grounding exercises, breathing exercises, and yoga asanas. Participants are guided through a fun and restorative process of moving their practice from the mat to the horse - yes, the poses move onto the back of the horse! Each exercise is designed in a series of deepening stages so you are able to move into a depth of practice which fits best for you.

Additional dates include September 12,20 and October 5, 15.
