Catawba River Inner Tube Regatta

Join the fun at the 3rd Annual Catawba Inner Tube Regatta and help raise awareness and funds to continue the work of the McDowell Trails Association. MTA is a non-profit organzation partnering with local government and other groups to build and maintain trails in McDowell County! There will also be food and prizes! Free watermelon slices!

Bring your tubes, decorate them and yourself and float down the beautiful Catawba River! Entry fees are $10.00 per individual, teams may enter (4 people per team) with a $25.00 fee. You may pre-register at the greenway parking lot on the day of the event between 8:00 am and 9:30 am. For more information, visit www.mcdowelltrails.com.
