Ten Thousand Villages' Fair Trade Fashion Show

Ten Thousand Villages, a fair trade non-profit organization in downtown Asheville, will host the 3rd annual Fair Trade Fashion Show and Clothing Sale May 4th from 1-3 pm at The Grey Eagle in the River Arts District in celebration of World Fair Trade Day. In cooperation with Jujubee Clothing and The Open Door, the show will feature handmade, fairly traded clothing and accessories by artisans around the world for women and men of all ages. Immediately following the show, you will be able to find the fair trade styles you loved on the runway during the clothing and accessory sale. Thanks to generous donations by local businesses, you will have the chance to win fantastic raffle prizes! Tickets are $5.00 and are available in advance at Ten Thousand Villages and at the door.
