Asheville Choral Society Concert, "A Spirit to Remember"

Under the direction of Dr. Melodie Galloway, the Asheville Choral Society will present Stravinsky's exciting and moving "Symphony of Psalms," paired with the lesser-known works of the young Lili Boulanger. Both composers render the psalms through the use of colorful harmonies to evoke feelings of hope and comfort in the audience.
This concert will be May 10, 7:30 pm and May 11, 4:00 pm. Both performances will be at Diana Wortham Theatre in Asheville, North Carolina. Tickets are $20 adult and $10 student.
