"BARK! The Musical" Dog Photo Contest

Is your dog a Star? The critically acclaimed BARK! The Musical is coming to Asheville from February 15th through March 10th at the Asheville Community Theatre, and your dog can be part of the fun! On the weekend of January 12th and 13th from 12-3pm at the Asheville Humane Society's Education Room, you can have your pup's portrait taken by one of Asheville's finest photographers who will be donating their services for the event. Celebrity judges will choose twenty winning dogs to have their photos mounted in the lobby of the theater during the run of BARK! The Musical, and the grand award winning dog will have his or her photo featured on a 5’ BARK! art poster at the theatre. The owner of the grand award winner will receive four tickets to opening night of BARK and be named on the poster as well! All entrants will receive a digital head shot of their dogs via email. Entry fee is $15, which goes to benefit the Asheville Humane Society, Animal Compassion Network, and Brother Wolf Animal Rescue. Call 828-808-9435 or email director@bwar.org for more information.
