Lenoir-Rhyne Writing Program in Asheville

On Thursday, October 25, 7 pm at Malaprop's Bookstore & Cafe, Laura Hope-Gill will present a talk on writing, “When the Beautiful Tree Blocks the View of the Beautiful Lake,” and welcomes questions and discussion from writers and people who wish to move writing into the center of their lives. Hope-Gill directs the Master of Arts in Writing Program of the Lenoir-Rhyne University Center for Graduate Studies of Asheville, located in Montford. Laura Hope-Gill will also answer questions about this new writing program. Hope-Gill and Allison Adelle Hedge Coke will be offering a poetry workshop and history courses, as well as a course in publishing and editing, for spring term 2013.
