Southcliff Black & Blue Classic

The Southcliff Black & Blue Classic returns to the Western North Carolina running calendar on Saturday, October 27 at 11:00 am. Runners who have raced at Southcliff before can expect much of the same as past years, with unique courses on private roads and trails, incredibly fall foliage, amazing views, a post-race that includes lunch and beer, and the most generous awards in the area.

Southcliff is located approximately 5 miles from Downtown Asheville on Highway 74.

The event consists of two races: The Black, which is 6.5 miles and The Blue, which is 2.6 miles. Both races have a mixture of trail and road in the first mile then groomed trail or gravel road for the balance of the race.
