Woman seriously injured in Pisgah View Apartments shooting

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — Police say a woman who was shot around midnight Friday in Pisgah View apartments was seriously injured.

The woman was transported to Mission Hospital. Police say she was shot on Short Michigan avenue.

Police are interviewing witnesses, and ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 828-255-5050.

There is no word yet about any charges, or any arrests in the investigation.
