You can go about a half mile up or down the river from here, and a couple of streets back. This constitutes the River District Studios, a collection of artist studios and art related businesses located along the French Broad River in Asheville, North Carolina. |
| Included in this deluxe cornucopia are pottery, tiles and mosaics, environmental art, painting and drawing, metal work and sculpture, woodworking and fine furniture, and glass artists working with blown and cast glass. |  |
 | Twice a year we offer a studio stroll when all of the studios are open for folks to visit, and artworks are for sale. This has become a festive event, with much gayety and celebration. See Show Schedule for an upcoming schedule of the next Studio Stroll.
