Directions to Asheville's River District Studios
From Downtown Asheville: From Pack Square, go south on Biltmore Avenue. At the light past the Food Coop, turn right onto Hilliard Avenue. Proceed through 4 lights. At the fifth light, turn left onto Clingman Avenue. Studios are located at the bottom of the hill before Clingman bridge. Look for interesting activity and intriguing images.
From I-40 East & I-26: Proceed towards Asheville. Merge with I-240 East. Take Exit 1C, Amboy Road. Follow Amboy Road until it ends at a light. Turn left onto Lyman Street. Carol Stangler has the first studio on the right, behind the Candlefactory. The next set of studios is further along Lyman, when you get to the Home Cooked Meals Restuarant curve.
From Hwy 19/23: Proceed south towards Asheville. Take the Downtown Asheville exit before it merges with I-240. Turn right at the second light onto Clingman Avenue (Anderson Nissan on the right). Go through one light. At the bottom of the hill before Clingman bridge are the studios, turn left or right on Roberts.
