Asheville/Buncombe

PC Users Group

Who we are:

The Asheville/Buncombe PC Users Group (of Asheville, NC) is a computer users group not only in the Asheville and Buncombe County area, but we serve members in the surrounding counties as well.

Among us are both expert and novice computer users; hobbyists, engineers, computer specialists, homemakers, students, business people and others. Some are in the computer business; others are beginners looking to buy a first computer. The attraction that binds the group's membership is an interest in computers and a willingness to share our knowledge and experiences.

The A/B PC Users Group has:

  • Monthly general meetings
  • Presentations and demonstrations
  • A general Q & A session at each meeting
  • Door prizes at each meeting
  • Click here for APCUG newsletter articles (new articles each month).

Meetings: 1st Tuesday each month

Meetings are held the first Tuesday of the month at the Senior Citizens Opportunity Center (all ages welcome), 36 Grove Street, Downtown Asheville. The Internet Special Interest Group meets at 06:00 p.m., followed by the program at 07:00 p.m. Q and A caps the evening.
