Dear President elect Barrack Obama,Vice President elect Joe Biden & 'To Whom It May Concern' in both the House and Senate - Please do
the right thing by letting 'white spaces' be assigned for Rural ISP
use. Before I retired I experinced first hand what our rural people
had to endure. Dial Up's of often 28.8 Kbs because Cable and/or DSL
was not available or NOT affordable. Graciously Wally Bowen of MAIN
(Mountain Area Information Network - a NonProfit) brought the Internet to Western North Carolina. We bless him, and we would be very grateful for 'Your' blessing us with affordable Rural Broad-
Band through the use of the 'white spaces'.
