Mr. & Mrs. Nathan Wilcox announce marriage

Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Carbondale, was the setting on Saturday, June 11, 2016 for the wedding of Jessica Martin, Cincinnati, formerly of Carbondale, to Nathan Wilcox, Cincinnati.

The bride is the daughter of Sally Liuzzo Martin, Carbondale and Paul Martin, Dunmore.

The bridegroom is the son of Rhonda Wilcox, Delray Beach, Florida and Dave and Dori Wilcox, Findley Lake, New York.

The Reverend Andrew Kurovsky officiated the 1 p.m. ceremony.

Sarah Striefsky, New Cumberland, was maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Holli Bott, Dickson city, cousin of the bride; Sarah Murphy, Carbondale; Jodi Gaunt, Chesterbrook; Ashley Colona, Ft. Lee, New Jersey; and Erin Nolan, Cedar Knolls, New Jersey.

Vanessa VanDeusen, Carbondale, goddaughter of the bride, and Addison Morgan, Quarryville, cousin of the bridegroom were flower girls.

Derek Strauss, Landsdale, was best man.

Ushers were Alex Wilcox, Lancaster, brother of the bridegroom; Ian Martin, Carbondale, brother of the bride; Chris Hannan, Mauricio O'Connell and Terence Monte, all of New York City; Chris Moschner Charlotte, North Carolina; and Mike Carroll, Baltimore.

Luke Benke, Jessup and Matthew Swika, Eynon, cousins of the bride, were ring bearers.

A reception was held at Fern Hall, Clifford.

Jessica is a graduate of Sacred Heart High School and earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of Scranton. She is employed as a teacher at St. Cecilia School, Cincinnati.

Nathan is a graduate of Cedar Crest High School, Lebanon and earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Lafayette College. He is employed as a business planner at Procter & Gamble, Cincinnati.

After their wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple resides in Cincinnati.
