BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — A recent trafficking bust brings in over $61,000 in cash and lands two in jail on multiple drug charges.
The Buncombe County Sheriff's Office says Joshua Allan Grubb, 33, of South Carolina, and Amanda Ann Gann, 26, of Buncombe County, were in possession of 177.5 grams of Methamphetamine, 3.5 grams of crack cocaine, 3.2 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 3.8 grams of marijuana and $61,549.60 in US currency.

Grubb is charged with trafficking in methamphetamine by possession, trafficking in methamphetamine by transportation, conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver cocaine, felony possession of schedule 1 controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is currently listed in the Buncombe County Detention Center on $80,000 bond. Grubb's next court date is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 1, 2020.

Gann is charged with trafficking in methamphetamine by possession, trafficking in methamphetamine by transportation, conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver cocaine, felony possession of schedule 1 controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gann is currently listed in the Buncombe County Detention Center on $75,000 bond. Her next court date is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 1, 2020.
