Implementation Schedule

The deployment of the wireless network core infrastructure and one half of the expected clients will occur in two phases over an eighteen-month period.

The first phase of the rollout will entail hiring a Project Director and then the selection of a third party contractor for the network design, spectrum analysis survey, and wireless WAN installation.

The chart below highlights the milestones associated with the rollout and reflects our intent to begin service as quickly as possible to the primary anchor tenants. Three Internet Fee Zones will also be created early on to help create demand for broadband.

The Phase 1 objective is to provide service to county government and school system locations.

Phase 2 will provide service to the maximum number of businesses and residential customers in each county in order to provide revenue to reach operational self-sufficiency.

  • Hire Network Administer.
  • Hire third party firm to design network plan. This will include spectrum analysis surveys for all tower and data POP locations.
  • Begin deployment of core system. This includes the data POPs and the primary tower locations for each county.
  • Initiate deployment of the anchor tenants.
  • Deployment of one access point for each of the three Internet Free Zones.
  • Increase bandwidth as needed.
  • Initiate marketing campaign and pre-subscription for small businesses and individual customers.

  • Complete the installation of the core system.
  • Hire the first Field Technician; begin onsite training.
  • Continue deployment of Anchor tenants.
