PURPOSE

First Priority: To keep the County's systems (mainframe and personal computers operational and running as efficiently as possible.

Second Priority: to work with individual departments to computerize as many daily functions as possible.

Third Priority: To work between offices as a liasson in order to help the individual departments function more as a county unit.
