The club held the 2010 General Membership Meeting last Tuesday (Feb. 23). But you can still wrestle with us this spring! For more information, go to this this link about club memberships.The wrestling club was formed to help train young wrestlers in the 2nd through 12th grades. We are open to wrestlers of all skill levels who live in western North Carolina and who want to work hard to improve their wrestling.
This February we are starting our second season! We will hold training sessions each week for wrestlers in the 3rd to 12th grades. (See below for details.) For insurance purposes, all wrestlers must first join USA Wrestling. You cannot participate in our practices without a valid USA Wrestling membership.

New wrestlers are always welcome. You must first join USA Wrestling, and submit your card number before you can participate.
This spring, we plan to hold practices on Mondays and Thursday for 7th-12th graders. Younger wrestlers (grades 3-6) will train on Tuesday evenings. Practices will probably be held at Pisgah and Tuscola High Schools. See the training schedule for all the details.
We plan on going to OPTIONAL wrestling tournaments this spring. See our tournament schedule for the list of available tournament dates. Remember that it is recommended that you register on-line in advance of the tournament.
We hosted a very successful summer camp here in Haywood county last year, and we plan to do that again for the summer of 2010. The week of June 21st is the tentative date for summer camp. Check back for complete information.
