aSHEville Museum will be hosting an opening reception for our newest exhibit “Bought and Sold: Voices of Human Trafficking,” featuring multimedia artwork by Kay Chernush. This is the first of three traveling exhibits being presented on human trafficking.

Join us to meet Mamie Adams, Asheville’s new Stop Human Trafficking Coordinator for Our Voice, as she shares with us the truth of trafficking here in our area.

Come prepared to participate (if you wish) in the “Break the Chain” dance from the global movement “One Billion Rising”, being brought to us by Tribal Sisters Dance of Saluda NC.
