Earth Fare welcomes runners for this fast and fun race at Asheville’s Carrier Park. You know if Earth Fare is involved there will be good food and the prizes are some of the best around.
Carrier Park is one of Asheville's premier parks (near French Broad River Park) Located on Amboy Road and Michigan Avenue in west Asheville. – The French Broad River Greenway Extension, a 2.8-mile bicycle and pedestrian trail that connects Carrier Park to Hominy Creek Park in West Asheville has on-road and off-road sections and winds along the north bank of the French Broad River, providing pastoral views of the historic Biltmore estate.

Registration is now open through Thursday, May 12 at 9:00 PM.
Race Cap: The 5K is capped at 500 participants

Post-Race
Earth Fare will be providing food, drink and entertainment after the race in Carrier Park.
Awards
Prize purse of $200 to 1st place overall male/female, $100 for 2nd and $50 for 3rd and $50 for 1st Masters male/female.
Age group winners will receive prizes from Earth Fare and its vendors in the following categories:
12&U, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80&O.
Timing
The race will utilize chip timing. Chips must be worn on your shoe in order for you to receive a time.
Parking
Parking is tight at Carrier Park so we ask everyone car pool and allow plenty of time to get in to the park.
Refunds/Transfers
Earth Fare, Inc. has a NO REFUND policy. However, we do offer partial discounts for those canceling during our cancellation periods.
If the event is NOT sold out, a discount code for 50% of your race registration fee will be offered until 7 days days prior to the race date. No discounts codes will be given within 7 days days before the event, if the event is not sold out.
If the event IS sold out, a discount code for 100% of your race registration fee will be offered until 5 days days prior to the race date. No discounts codes will be given within 5 days days before the event, if the event is sold out.
Partial discount codes are only available for cancellations of completed registrations. A registration is considered incomplete if payment was mailed in and has not yet been received. Discount codes can be used to register for another Earth Fare, Inc. event and will be valid for 12 months after the event date.
