High Country Caregiver Education Conference

A regional conference event bringing together 200+ caregivers, healthcare professionals, consumers, and anyone interested in learning more about dementia care. The day is filled with 14 different session options featuring local and national speakers who specialize in dementia care and aging. Throughout the day, participants will be able to visit with our many exhibitors and sponsors, gathering information about community services available to those living with dementia and their care partners.
