Using Climate Data to Create Business Opportunities

Join Robin Cape, former Asheville City Council member, on Wednesday, Feb. 4, at 7:00 p.m. for a Sierra Club program on using climate data to create business opportunities.

Learn about “The Collider,” a business and learning center being developed in downtown Asheville that will bring climate data into decision making. This project is backed by the Asheville Buncombe Sustainable Communities Initiative. Cape envisions the Center bringing business entrepreneurs, artists, climatologists and data wizards together to collaborate on and deal with the challenges of climate change.

Free and open to the public.
