Join us to celebrate Ron Rash’s new selected stories, Something Rich and Strange, which includes stories from his previous collections Nothing Gold Can Stay, Burning Bright, Chemistry, and The Night New Jesus Fell to Earth. One of our favorite local writers, Rash is also the author of several collections of poetry and five novels, including Serena, which has been made into a movie starring Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper. Robert Morgan (Gap Creek, Boone) has called Rash “one of the most gifted and accomplished storytellers and poets of our time, or any time.”
