The Power of Pink

Haywood County’s premier breast cancer event returns for the eighth year providing screening and follow up testing for the county’s underserved women. Since its inception, the event has provided testing for almost 400 women. The Power of Pink features three events: 5K Run, 5K Pink Relay, and a 1 mile Honor/Memory/Survivor Walk. Back for 2014, Four-legged friends are allowed to participate in the 5K and honor/walk for an additional $10 registration fee! Registered dogs receive a commemorative pink bandana.

5K Pink Relay: 8:00 am
5K Run: 9:30 am
1-mi. Walk: Will take place after the 5K Run

5K Team Member $20.00
1mi Honor/Memory/Survivor Walk: $10
Pink Relay-4 person Team: $100.00
Pet Registration: $10.00
