Are you a person with back pain? Or do you want to avoid back pain? Learn the Principles of Self-applied Back Care for back, neck and shoulder conditions. A national expert in yoga’s structural benefits, Lillah offers this signature course to help you tap into yoga’s healing and strengthening power. Weekend includes: asana (pose) practices, pranayama (breath) practices, anatomy studies, relaxation training, pose sequencing principles, meditation, pain management, and more. Open to everyone who has a back! Also open to active yoga teachers for 20 Yoga Alliance CE Credits. * If on a scale of 1 to 10, your pain is at a level 8 or higher, or if you are 3-4 months post surgery Please consult with the instructor before registering for this class.
