Tai Chi Long Form

At 7:00pm for 60 minutes Mark Small teaches Chen Pan-ling tai chi for health, sport, and self-defense. For over a decade Mark has been teaching at the Montford Recreation Center at 30 Pearson Dr. Bring $10 and a photo ID. Wear loose clothing and tennis shoes for the spiraling energy chi kung warm ups and medium extension forms practice that focuses upon classical principles of Chinese martial arts.
