Chair exercise classes include strength, balance, flexibility and endurance training based on exercise components from the National Institute on Aging and the “Matter of Balance” fall prevention program. Come every Friday and make a commitment to keep fit! Fit Fridays are held every Friday from 8:30-9:00 AM and are free with museum admission or membership.
