Join our Tai Chi for Arthritis certified educators in some gentle exercise with multiple benefits. Tai Chi has been shown to reduce the risk of falling in older adults, improve muscle strength & flexibility and help calm & focus the brain. All ages and stages welcome – the nature of Tai Chi is to move slowly. Tai Chi Tuesdays are held every Tuesday from 8:30-9:00 AM and are free with museum admission or membership.
