Master Wu Book Talk, Demo & Signing

Malaprop's Bookstore/Cafe invites you to
join Master Wu as he presents and signs his book Fire Dragon Meridian Qigong: Essential Neigong for Health and Spiritual Transformation. Master Wu will offer a demonstration of this traditional form that works directly on the meridians, awakening areas of stagnation and bringing the physical and emotional body into a balanced state of well-being. This event is free and open to the public.
