Cynthia Drew Reading and Booksigning

On Wednesday, May 16, 7 pm at Malaprop's Bookstore/Cafe, novelist Cynthia Drew will read from and sign her novel City of Slaughter, the story of fourteen-year-old Carsie Akselrod and her younger sister, Lilia, who flee the Russian pogroms to live with relatives on New York's teeming, dangerous Lower East Side in the early 1900s.

This event is free and open to the public.
