Text Box: ANNUAL HOLIDAY PARTY
SATURDAY, DEC 6, 2003
VENUE: YMI Cultural Center, corner of eagle Street and South Market Street in downtown Asheville
6 – 10 pm
(Parking garage nearby)
Bring a covered dish and your dancing Text Box: shoes to the Asheville Track Club’s annual holiday party. If you missed last year’s party, you missed one of the best in the Club’s history. More than 150 people attended.
The Club will have turkey, ham, vegetarian lasagna and drinks to help with the holiday cheer. The Jus’ Running Grand Prix prizes will be presented as well as the Club’s annual runner and volunteer awards. There will also be other presentations throughout the evening that you will not want to miss.
And there will be 50s and 60s music from the Pink Cadillacs for all the dancers in the club. Hope to see y’all there. For more information, call Darrell Redmond at 628-7637.
Text Box: January Club Meeting
Monday, January 12, 2004. Location TBA
6:30 p.m. dinner, 7:30 program

The January meeting is an important one with the annual election of officers and board members. We will also hear from representatives of the Asheville Greenways project to give us their vision of a network of safe pedestrian greenways throughout the city that can be used by runners. It will be a good opportunity for the running community to hear their vision and give some input.
